John Davidson started in the construction industry building cottages & chalets in the Wakefield area in the 1970's . Since the 1980's, he has been building in Ottawa and the Ottawa region. He has built a number of custom homes, triplexes and doubles, both on speculation and in partnership with clients. He is skilled in and knowledgeable of all phases of residential construction.

John Davidson has also worked on a number of commercial ventures with Public Works, Ottawa-Carleton District School Board, Toronto Dominion Bank, and Royal Lepage Real Estate to name a few.
